EPIC Podcast for you this week

EPIC podcast for you…

This week I’d like to change things up a bit, and instead of an article I am sharing a podcast interview that I posted this week with my dear friend and colleague Dr. James Rouse.

This one is a must listen!

You can listen in on Apple Podcasts: https://apple.co/3JKQ7CF

Or on Spotify: https://spotifyanchor-web.app.link/e/mzUTj8nqiJb

Dr. James is one of my favourite people in the world and his insight are fabulous. In this chat we talked about how to craft a spectacular day with intention and practice.

As you know one of the key ideas that we work on is “As you live your days, so you live your life” and when we deliberately practice living a great life on a small daily basis then growth becomes inevitable.

If the podcast inspires you to go deeper here is our free micro-course on crafting your ultimate day: https://drgregwells.com/the-ultimate-day.

We also have a workbook for you to download.

I hope this is helpful and I wish all of you an absolutely brilliant day and week ahead.
