The information we collect
1) Information you provide directly
· Identity & contact: name, email, phone, organization, role.
· Event & speaking inquiries: topic, audience, budget, dates, logistics.
· Newsletter & community: preferences, feedback, survey responses.
· Transactions: billing/shipping info if we sell digital products or event resources directly. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
· User content: comments or messages you submit.
2) Information collected automatically
· Technical/usage data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, time on page, referring/exit URLs, general location (city/region), and similar diagnostics.
· Cookies & similar technologies: small files to remember settings, analyze traffic, personalize content, and measure/serve ads. See Cookies & Ads below.
3) Information from third parties
· Analytics, ads, and social media partners provide aggregate insights and, where permitted, pseudonymous identifiers.
· Payment processors provide limited transaction metadata.
How we use your information (purposes & legal bases)

· Operate the Site and deliver content and resources you request (contract/legitimate interests).

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes above, considering legal, tax, and accounting requirements, dispute resolution, and security. When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

How to make a request (all regions):
Email coach@wellsperformance.com with: your name, email, country/state/province, your request, and context of your interaction with us. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity. We aim to respond within the timeframes required by law.
Marketing choices:
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to update preferences.
Health information
We share science and education about health and performance. The Site is not a healthcare provider and does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Do not submit protected health information (PHI). For personal medical advice, consult your clinician.
Third-party links
Our Site may link to third-party websites/apps. Their privacy practices are their own; review their policies.
Changes to this policy
